This is Matt’s half of the project we are collaborating on — a set of two shorts in the style of the Twilight Zone. Dakota is writing a wraparound story for the whole bit. For our part, Dakota and I are working on a script called “Amelia’s Ring,” which we hope to start shooting sometime this fall.

By the way, the new job is going fine. I’m now one-week into it, and we’re still house-sitting for friends while we wait for our house to close in another month. It’s going to be terrific to finally start getting settled into a place. We’ve felt like transients for the last four years.

But we set up the Mac already, and tonight I think I’ll be ready to continue tackling the final volume of “Artists’ Essentials”:http://www.artistsessentials.com — Color in Action. The sampler DVDs have turned out to be very effective. We’ve already secured a handshake agreement with a fulfillment house and US distributor.
